Jan. 31, 2016 : placed our orders with Dollflower.

Jun. 26, 2018 : Shipping of our orders was scheduled in June, but it was changed to September.

Jan. 10, 2019 : Shipping schedule was delayed to January. So sorry for your long waiting!

Jun. 24, 2019 : Sorry for long waiting!
I've announced the expected shipping date several times, but I'm not sure now.
Recent reply from Dollflower says that our order will be shipped this year with excellent quality.
The reason for the delay is almost same as usual. Mainly material issue, weather and her health.

Don't worry about your shipping address. Once I receive eyes, I'll send emails to confirm your shipping info. Without your confirmation, I will not ship your order.
I think I'm very patient, but 3 years waiting is not easy to me, too.
I hope that there'll be good news from Dollflower soon.

Jun. 22, 2020 : Some of the eyes were arrived here. Not all the eyes.
I used to ship all the eyes once before, but this time we are waiting for super long.
So I have asked Dollflower for sending me partially.
Sadly(T-T) if you ordered 6 pairs or more, please wait more. Dollflower promised to send the remians in this year.
I will email some of you this week to check your shipping info.

Because of COVID-19, EMS is restricted to some countries/area. In this case, I will ship by another Express Mail Service or EMS Premium.

I will pay for EMS fee difference. (EMS fee has risen for years.)

- As Dollflower said, many of the materials were discontinued and she has spent much times to test colors/quality.
I don't think that's not the full reason for our times...anyway.
As noticed, colors could be slightly different.
I will check the sizes/colors again before shipping.

- As for refund, it is not easy because of paypal fee, transfer fee and the exchange rate.
If you want to do, you will lose about $10~20 per a pair.
In Korea, Dollflower eyes market price is much higher than the original price. I think so it is overseas. You might as well sell later, if you don't want the eyes anymore.

- Dollflower will not take a preorder next time and will sell eyes in stock. No sales this year.
So this preorder might be last for me.

May. 6, 2022 : No news about the shipping.
Last week, I've just received a mobile message that our shipping will be delayed.
I've expected that I can shipped out before June, but I can't.
Anyway, Dollflower said that she will ship within this year.
I also can't understand this super long delay, but am still waiting.
